Management Andrew J. Polcha, CEO and Founder has 15 years experience in corporate building, business, technology, and system development with STC being his forth startup. Prior to SNAPP, Andrew served as VP of Business Development for IQ Biometrix, Inc. (OTC BB:IQBX). Other roles for Andrew include serving as president of VPN Solutions, Inc., a VPN technology and IP development company and president of ACS (a network installation and services company)10 years based in Rockville, MD. Michael P. Polcha, CTO and Founder has 14 years of software programming, embedded design, engineering and product development experience with STC being his forth startup. Prior to SNAPP, Michael was Chief Scientist for IQ Biometrix, Inc. (OTC BB:IQBX). Other roles for Michael include Director of EE and SE for metaSENSORS, Inc. a medical device manufacturing company, partner in VPN Solutions, Inc., and partner at Defense Research Technologies a government research contractor. Michael also holds patents in other areas such as digital security, privacy issues relating to biometrics, physical access solutions, and life science applications. Alexander Kuznetsov VP of Systems Engineering has 15 years experience in hardware and system development. Alexander is the doctorate student from GWU with intimate knowledge of the SNAPP's Combinatorial technology (The REBUS Project). Alexander is vital to STC’s commercialization efforts primarily porting REBUS to an FPGA footprint. Alexander is no stranger to the startup environment. Prior to SNAPP, Alexander has served as technical director for a number of companies based in Russia. * Simon Berkovich Ph.D. (Senior Technical Advisor) is the inventor of the combinatorial processing element architecture. Currently, Dr. Berkovich is Professor of Engineering and Applied Science in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the George Washington University.
